During update, error occurs and update fails.
" the file path ... JamKazam-1.0.3843.msi cannot be found"
The uninstall function would not function for the same error.
used an uninstaller program to uninstall Jamkazam-1.0.3843
Fresh install of Jamkazam-1.03934 still fails for original error.
general search of hard drive showed not JamKazam file or folders remaining after uninstall.
No idea what to try next. any help would be appreciated,
Jeff
I am a relatively new user and haven't been successful in using JK for a session, either private or with others.
I believe I've the right equipment configured properly and use via Ethernet. I am using a Behringer UM2 audio interface and an external vocal mic and a guitar with pickup...all hooked up via the UM2. I am unable to hear myself or others in session through my headphones, but hear everything fine when on direct monitor. I'll appreciate tips or help. Behringer tech support suggests that it's a JK software issue.
On another note, I've signed up for the Gold premium package and believe I have access to tech support from JK, but I only find access to the Chat function on JK. I posted there yesterday without any result.
When in a session, I am having an issue hearing sessions in both sides of my headphones. I've recorded a test session using a vocal input and an instrument input, and can hear both sides. However, when in a public session, I hear only on one side.
I'm using M-box Pro 3 into iMac 10.13.6. There are no latency issues, nor other problems playing with other players. Just that I only have audio in one ear.
I'm a new user of JamKazam. I’ve got my hardware set up and running correctly, now I need to find some folks to jam with. On both the web and windows client versions, the Musicians page does not load. All that displays is some rotating blocks. Anyone else seeing this?
Can anyone provide any tips to eliminate or reduce the following types of background noises:-
- When there is a background sound which is close to playing in a bucket and the sound isn't exactly an echo.
- When there is a background buzz
- There is occasional static.
Greetings...New to Jamkazam! Play Drums and have a Zoom R24 and Macbook Pro with 4 Thunderbolt 3 Ports Wondering if anyone can recommend a Low Latency Audio Interface and suggestions of how to set this up with my equipment! Not even sure I would need an Interface with the Zoom R 24 but would appreciate any and all help! Thnx in Advance! Z
Recently I have begun to experience severe latency problems during sessions with musicians with whom I have previously jammed without latency problems. I know that their equipment and my equipment are suitable.
We have had to quit our sessions prematurely because of these sudden latency problems.
I contributed to the JamKazam GoFundMe campaign, and am prepared to purchase an annual subscription, but only if I can be assured by the developers that the service will be reliable.
Is there any way I can communicate this information to the developers?
Using UM2 on Windows 10. For some reason the output is not routed according to the selection. I'm selecting the AISO4ALL (same as input) as my output but output is still coming through the computer speakers. All other computer sounds are routed to the USB interface but not Jamkazam output.
I am able to hear others in a session but only through the computer speakers not the UM2
I've reconfigured and rebooted...no change.
Not sure what to try next...
First time post here. I have a RME F# which works very nicely with JK, but I am having trouble with my XR18.
Whatever I do in the configuration it always gets forced to 8 samples in the ASIO settings and that ends up being garbled on playback. I'm sure it was working fine until one of the recent new releases.
I have seen mention of this problem in several posts but no definitive solution which prevents JK from choosing its own "guess".
