What internet speed up/down do I really need? |

Hello everyone, just found out about JamKazam this week and our band wants to start using it.
What internet speed is really needed? I know the specs say 1 Mbps upload but I see posts from other users online and opinions of course vary.
There are 4 of us in the band, two of us have Fiber connections although I'm not sure what speed they actually have.
I have a 2Mbps upload/25Mbps download, the other guy has 1Mbps upload/10Mbps download. I'm thinking the two of us need to upgrade our speed but would like to hear from others what is really needed to make best use of JamKazam.
Thanks!

Hello everyone, just found out about JamKazam this week and our band wants to start using it.
I'm looking for some suggestions on interfaces to use.
I play guitar in the band, don't sing. I already own this unit,
https://www.behringer.com/product.html?modelCode=P0B2J
I know it is overkill but I already own it. I do like to play in stereo so I will make use of at least 2 of the channels. Any known problems with this unit?
There are 3 other members in the band and they are all going to need interfaces, drummer, bass player who sings, other guitarist who sings.
I'm assuming a 2 channel interface would be a good choice for them, 2 channels for the drummer so he can be in stereo, 2 channels for the other two guys, one for their guitar the other for vocals.
I have a 16 channel mixer the drummer can use to mic his drums and mix that into the interface.
Any suggestions on my thought process here? Any suggestions on what interface the other 3 guys should get? The less expensive the better but I don't want to buy something so cheap it isn't going to work well.
Thanks!
Forgot to mention the bass player/backup singer uses an iMac, the rest of us use Windows.

Session users in Ontario and British Columbia. Have seen the following on 3 separate days.
Session audio works Full duplex for 1 or 2 tunes. Then Ontario can hear local inputs and B.C. inputs. B.C. can only hear B.C. inputs. Restarting JK does not help. Has anyone else seen this behaviour?

Jam Track not saving custom mix |

Hi,
I am new to Jamkazam and have been trying to export custom mix from Jam Track with no success. I am only wanting to have some tracks slowed down.
After doing all the process of choosing the tracks to mix and naming the file, a popup window says that it will take about 2 minutes or so and after clicking OK the software doesn't process anything and I just get a triangle with an exclamation icon instead of the folder icon. Clicking on it, the system reports that Custom mix has failed to build and the retry option has no effect either.
Am I missing something? I am using a Mac with Mojave and I have also tried the iOS version with the same results.
Thanks!

FocusRite Scarlet 2i for mic, getting monitor reverb |

Hello! I recently set up Jamkazam on my computer for my fiance to use during his voice lessons. I'm only using one input--the mic, so I configured the gear to use left-input only. However, the mirrored sound that he gets in the headphones has a slight reverb effect, as if the mirrored sound isn't quite synced up.
Direct monitoring on the 2i is turned off, and the headphones are plugged into the monitor port on the 2i.
Is there any way to fix this in the audio settings? I'm very new to this software, so any and all help is appreciated!

Jamkazam as a VST - integration with DAW |

Just like the "jamtaba" app. It would open up Jamkazam as a vst within the DAW (protools, ableton, cubase, etc..) allowing all the audio/midi routing to be handled by the daw. This makes it much easier to add new tracks/audiodevices/vst's on the fly. This would also enable users to (for example) record a bassline, play it back and jam over it. This makes jamming much much easier.
