Suddenly the MIDI channel dissapeared from Audio Gear configuration.
I try to add a MIDI channel and select MIDI interface and VST.
But when I select any other instrument but "Electric guitar" it resets the selections I made (including Instrument).
If I only select MIDI interface and VST (without selecting Instrument) and click OK, window closes but no MIDI channel is added.
I'd be very grateful for some advice on how to find out where failed audio packets are failing to get through.
I've got a consistent problem whereby once we have more than 4 players in a session, I'm unable to hear any audio from Alan. In the newest release, the error notifications tell me I'm receiving probe packets but no audio packets from him. I'm guessing that something in my settings on my router or firewall blocks a route that jamkazam uses as things "fill up".
I use a Mac (macOS Big Sur 11.2) and an Airport Extreme Router attached to a Virgin Media hub in Modem mode.
I wondered could anyone advise on how to see where these packets are being blocked, or anywhere that shows how JamKazam tries to send these audio packets, so I can make sure all routes are open? Any advice on config to check on both of our jamkazam setups would be great too.
Forgive a possible beginner's question. When playing with my fellow band members we've tried using a jam track. The problem we can't figure out is when the track will start playing. How do you count in so all can start with the track on time? The little spinning icon keeps spinning on some of my mates' screens instead of stopping when the track starts.
Trying to create 8 drum tracks and a stereo Monitor 1 and 2 out. Jamkazam app says it's all there.
Followed the instructions to the letter, I think. My Pro Tools in my system works great. My issue is that I am trying to create 8 separate tracks of drums and the jamkazam app does not recognize any tracks I create, or anything instrument, mic, etc. for that matter. Can't get any further. Did it a few times with no results. I am not running any other App when using jamjazam. Anyone out there have the same configuration as I do and got over this issue, or did it just work?
I'm new to Jamkazam. I would like to use my Roland Juno Gi as my audio interface. It has inputs/outputs for guitars/mics etc.
When I connect the Juno to Jamkazam via laptop USB I can add it as an Audio interface & it works fine with the keyboard, but NOT with the guitar.
Any ideas please?
When Playing in a Session it would much easier to adjust volume levels for Inputs and Personal Mix if
the volume control for each was a horizontal slider always on screen rather than a popup. On the Mac,
drag-over popup windows don't work at all until the JK window is clicked once first to get focus.
I have configured my session audio inputs to receive 3 separate inputs and have played in sessions fine with the audio going through. The issue is people tell me they don't have separate controls on their personal mix to control the volume of each.
I see the 3 separate inputs in my own personal mix, but how can I get these to show up for the other people in my session?
Where's what I've done: 1 - Tried to create a new user and run JamKazam on it 2 - Check if there was any facebook related plugin on Internet Plug-ins (there wasn't) 3 - Tried with/out my audio device plugged in (I'm using a Focusrite 2i2 3rd)
I've also checked the logs from ~/Library/Logs/JamKazam.log and

my wild guess is that there's an issue with OpenSSL, so I rolled back to OpenSSL 1.0
Code:
➜ ~ openssl version
OpenSSL 1.0.2m 2 Nov 2017
but I'm still having the same issue. What can I do here?
I have an iMac running BigSur 11.1 and a new PresSonus AudioBox USB 96. I am plugging into the PreSonus with a mic. Plugging directly in with electric guitar.
When I run it into GarageBand everything works fine.
Seems the issue is with JamKazam.
When I run through the set up I get sound from both my mic and my electric guitar coming cleanly through my headset. The problem comes when I switch to a Jam Track. I can hear the track but my guitar is barely audible, even though the master volume is way up as is the guitar input level. Faint as it is, it buzzes and seems to be clipping and maxing out.
When I set up a remote session with a friend he can hear my voice and guitar clearly, and we have virtually no latency. I still only hear faint distorted sounds from both inputs through my headphones. I can barely hear him (bass and vocals) form his end at all.
I checked my Sound settings and they are correct -> Input - AudioBox USB 96, output setting is the same.
Anyone having a similar problem with a Mac/PreSonus USB 96/JamKazam? Suggestions?
