100% packet loss -- constantly have to reboot modem |

I've noticed that since about the December timeframe, that I have been seeing 100% packet loss from some members of my band. Initially, I had thought these were issues at the other end, however recently I have found that rebooting my Cable Modem/Router appears to clear the issue.
Are there any particular reasons that require these reboots? I had never experienced network issues prior to December and in fact recently I have had to make several changes to my settings to be able to participate in sessions.
My PC is directly ethernet connected to my cable modem, bypassing my network switch and firewall, and gets it's internal address directly from that box. I found that bypassing the firewall cut the network latency down quite a bit.
Initially, sessions will start off well, but within about 20-30 mins I start to see 100% packet loss from some users (others are just fine). I have tried to resync, leaving and re-joining a session but none of those options work. The only thing that seems to work is a reboot of the modem.
Given that my bandmates are all within 5-10kms (Western Canada) are we all better off selecting Peer to Peer, Mesh Network or Lowest Latency? I believe the closest JK servers are based in Seattle and I would guess that will increase latency...

My initial session was working great. Today for some reason I can’t hear my jamming pears but they can hear me. Also, I actually can’t hear the testing play-sound as I’m setting up the audio gear. I’m thinking it has something to do with the monitoring being on but for the life of me can’t figure out where the access to the monitor off switch/knob is.

I’m having problems hearing my musician peers. It appears that Monitoring “on” appears to be the issue. How the heck do you turn off Monitoring in the Steinberg UR44C interface?

Had a session on Wed Feb 3. All updated to the Feb 2 release. Several members reported hearing crackling. Everyone running at 256kbps. All members have run successfully with their respective audio interface settings over the past few weeks. Even so, we each tried larger frame sizes but it had no effect.
I saw that everyone had a network path of ARS. We each changed our individual preference to P2P but all popups still showed ARS. We all resynced but same thing. The noise did clear up after about 15 minutes (15 wasted session minutes).

VSTs are causing JK crashes |

I have been using VSTs for quite some time and often as I tweak them during a session it will cause the JK client to crash. I have to start the app and reload the VST and rejoin the sessions. I purchased a VST "chainer" which has been working really well to run a reverb, delay, compressor, equalizer, and a pitch $fter at the same time. It is very reliable, but if I tweak the VST settings like wet/dry or even bypass on/off the app is still cra$ng. These are all paid for-high quality VSTs, so I'd like to know why they make JK unstable. Thanks!

Repeated crashes since Feb 2 update |

Something in the Feb 2nd update has resulted in continual crashes - JamKazam just closes a few minutes after opening. I haven't changed any settings and everything was working well - great, actually - before the update. I'm running a Scarlett2i2 with an Earthworks TC25 on a MacBook Air. I've tried rebooting, shutting down everything else, reinstalling my audio equipment. Nothing works. I'm happy to pay for a service that works. I had one before Feb 2nd but the last few days JamKazam has been useless. Any suggestions would be greately appreciated!
