Would like some more detail on how JamKazam works over the net? For example, is everyone connected to a central server, and if are there multiple servers distributed geographically? Is it using WebRTC for peer to peer connections for lowest latency?

I am on Linux so can't test yet and am also wondering about the client statistics, e.g. showing avg. latency to each user etc.

JamKazam client network connection test is reporting that your network configuration may not allow you to participate in sessions remotely with others.The reported network configuration is:

'Independent Mapping, Independent Filter, random port, hairpin'

If you are in a business environment you may need the network administrator help to make JamKazam sessions work.

I am trying to add my audio interface, a M-audio M-Track 2x2, as an audio gear in Jamkazam, but I can't get a good enough latency.

I have :
Latency : 47.53 ms (poor)
I/O rate poor
I/O variance poor

My computer is fairly recent and is equipped with a powerfull processor (I7 7th gen). My audio interface is also quite recent.
What I find stange is that the buffer size setting in my audio-interface driver don't have any effect on my latency, it is the same for 528 and 16 (the lowest).

Is it normal ?

I am using a Focusrite Scarlett, 3rd generation and a Mac.  I have gone through the process of setting this up with JamKazam, and in the last step, I hear the music in the headphones that plug into the Focusrite.  But when I do a test session, there is no sound, and the VU meters don't move.  I can get sound in my headphones when I use the Direct Monitor button on the Focusrite.  Anyone have some help to offer?

Rudi Morgana and I are interested to know if anybody is using the so called Fritz router.

If so - they/you are encouraged to step forward and tell about pros and cons and so.

Fritz router seems to be a hard nut to crack - lots of problems for Rudi. Especially after the new update.

Both facts are knowned facts - and it is also irrelevant. It is total unnecesary to tell that. Total waste of time!

I write then: "OK - now I get what you mean"

What a waste of time, calories, bandwith, hard drive und so weiter.

It is also a waste of all readers and writers time  and so. They must endure that. 

It was then needed to tell you (and others, by the way) that you shall not waste my time.

Then there were a longer empty and useless disput, that I will not go through right here. - it will come later

One more time: Dont waste my time with vague, unclear questions and statements.

Which I ignored - and/or forgot, whatever.

That is of course not okay from my side, but it dont affect the big picture.

I will of course try to understand as good as I can and better day by day, maybe. I will even claim that I am a good reader and so. And good to help people to explain. But there are limits for my abilities (especially with the language - I am danish) - and there are limits for my patience.

Too many people are in general shoddy with there writings and even persist - but not on my watch.

I will have nothing to do with that - and no mercy. For purely practical reasons - no whims here, so to speak.

Enough about that. I am not angry - nothing human is foreign to me, so to speak. I have tried lot worse before.

But I will not tolerate that behaviour and attitude. If more of that I will take further actions

Hi Everyone,
I am new to JamKazam, and love it. 
I am using a Behringer UPhoria UMC22 interface into a MacBook Pro.
After the recent update of Mac OS, and JamKazam's latest update, I have an odd problem.
When I am jamming with my pals, my headphone audio completely cuts out. They can still hear me playing, and still hear me talking in my mic. (Kemper into one input, and mic into another)
If I hit the "Resync" button, everything comes back fine...til it happens again.
Any ideas how to prevent this? Do I have something setup wrong? It seems to work great otherwise, and we have a great time jamming other than when this cuts out.
Any help is appreciated.
