Frustrated setting up a tascam 1x2 AI with Windows 10. Also tried a Berhinger 1x2 with negative results. Down loaded the 1x2 driver.  No audio in either solo or session mode.

Symptoms:

• You can hear yourself
  
• You can’t hear audio from others in session
  
• You appear greyed out in other participant’s clients
  
• Sometimes it looks like you have 100% packet loss
  
• Everyone gets popup window with router error message (...other members can’t hear you, check your router settings or reboot router…)
  

Driver associated with the Focusrite Control upgrade to 3.6.0.
My Focusrite Scarlett 4i4 was happy with 3.5.0.  Upgraded Jamkazam decalred latency 20.96 and the normal areas to click to test not present.
Tried a new Focusrite 2i2 same result.  Restarted everything same for both.
Uninmstalled each bit of the Focusrite software and drivers and reinstalled 3.5.0 all good
Redid the upgrade exactly the same
Unistalled both working well

I just installed JAMKAZAM yesterday and it works fine, I have a very good latency 8.7 (green circle) but when I try to search for musicians or join any sessions everyone latency appears UNKNOWN . Is there a way to fix this?

Does anyone have experience with the PreSonus Audiobox iTwo?  For set up, I seem to have the choice of using the Presonus driver, or ASIO.  With ASIO, I get much better latency numbers, but experience static in my headphones.  In a session, I am the only one that hears the static.  This is for a voice mic that doubles as an acoustic instrument mic.  If I switch back to the PreSonus (WDM) driver, I can lose the static in my headphones, but latency suffers.  Any advice would be appreciated.

I have an issue I can't figure out: I plug my bass, microphone and headsets into the 2i2 and start to jam with my guitarist, and consistently after about a minute playing he stops hearing my bass.  As soon as I click on the Audio setup button, without changing any setting at all, he starts hearing it again. And again, after a couple of minutes, my bass disappears. I close the setup menu, bass comes back alive for a few minutes and then goes silent. 

I have tried everything I can think of and always get the same result.  Any ideas on what I can explore?

Im having problems to connect my Roland td 11kv edrum set to jamkazam. 
Im using it with a MacBook Air macOS 10.14 with garageband or ezdummer for a few months now with no problems only connected with a midi usb cable (the same cable that printers use) directly from the drum set to the computer (no audio interface needed).
I downloaded jamkazam now but it seems that I need an audio interface so I started research and founded that I can use a program called blackhole that emulates an audio interface. I did all the steps that youtube tutorials says but still no drum set sounds on jamkazam, it only records the mic sound that my computer has integrated and the sound of the plastic or rubber of my drum set but not the sound that I hear in my headphones playing on ezdrummer2 or garageband.
Is there a solution or definitely have to buy an audio interface? My budget is very low right now.
Please if someone can help me ill be more than grateful.

I can barely read most of the grey text on the site.   I'm sure you young folks can.  I'm using a Mac with the contrast turned all the way up, 23" screen, etc.   Any suggestions for getting good old black on white?  I'm getting it in this text box but nowhere else.  LOL

How come everytime I startup JamKazam it crashes?

When in the middle of a session, I sometimes miss messages, invites, notifications etc. from other members because I'm paying attention to playing. Is there a way to send out a customizable message so that the person messaging you gets an automated reply that you can customize? Something like: "I'm in a session right now and may miss this message. Will reply as soon as I can".  Or even something simpler like: "User is currently in private/public session"
