Hi everybody,
after the 27th october update we are facing a transmission problem.
There is a periodic 100% packet loss either one- or even biderictional.
Starting an stopping new session was useless.
Does anybody have the same problems?
Best regards

It's really hard to find other people who play Arabic, Turkish, Persian, etc. (usually all under the category of "Middle Eastern") music.
Please add "Middle Eastern" to the list of genres.
Thanks!

I am trying to use JamKazam with a Behringer UM2 audio interface. I am using a Windows PC and have installed the driver. When using the "direct monitor" setting, I can hear my guitar and vocals, but not getting sound in my headphones with direct monitor off. Also, another person on JK cannot hear me. I also get a bit of crackling in my headphones when I speak into the mid. Can anyone help?

HI Everyone,
I need help as I cannot use JamKazam at all. Can someone help me find out which JamKazam "network settings" to use? Its those setting that are found under the "manage tag" in the upper left of the home page. Fo some reasons I am totally unable to connect to the server and am hoping that new JK network settings will help. I am running a 2008 Mac book pro, with ethernet cable, xfinity router and all recommended settings on the hardware and router
end are correct.
thanks for any help

JK will not fully open |

I installed JK on a 2010 era iMac. I downloaded the app and it launched and I was able to make some test recordings off the built in mic. I shut down and moved computer to music room and app will not launch. Window opens and says "reattempting to launch jamkazam.com" and will sit stalled like that . Occasionally it will get to the actual JK interface and when I click on start private session, it says unable to schedule and so it never works. Have to say was really excited to use this program, now pretty darn frustrated.

Dear Jamkazam technical group or anyone who knows the solution
A few friends of mine and I recently signed up with Jamkazam and we are very existed to be able to record songs during this pandemic where we have restriction for getting together practicing songs. unfortunately we are having difficulties with sound.
it appears no matter how much we play around with sound setting and configurations we still hear "ticking and clicking".
We tested all of our equipments and cables and mics, none seem to have any bad connections. we test the sound using the same equipment with using other application we sound perfectly ok but when we use Jamkazam, we here ticking and clicking like there is a bad connections.
Would you please let us know how we can resolve the issue with the sound?
best regards,
