  MAC BOOK PRO ( HIGH SIERRA) insight camera video screen cannot be seen by friends

Unfortunately, on my MAC BOOK PRO (HIGH SIERRA  - OS 10.13.6)  the  insight camera cannot be seen by others.

JK does detect the insight camera, and i can see myself captured by the camera, but in sessions , after inviting friends, only the audio works. 
The  video of them does not pop up.
 I tried several settings in JK video and streaming menue, but these  settings seems not responsible for that problem.

Also invited friends can not see my camera video.



Btw...  I am in trial phase  ( until Feb 2nd) and so have GOLD status ( confirmed by JK) , so videos should be enabled that way. 
Btw... In "System preferences --Privacy" there is to "camera" entry. so I can`t add JK there.

Does anybody have any idea ?

I have an Irig keys I/O which jamkazam recognize but when joining a session i am unable to use and make sound comes out.

I use a Lenovo T440P laptop that has an intel I5 processor and 8 gigs of ram.  I often have to reboot 4 to 5 times to add audio gear with the proper compatibility.  If the definition of crazy is doing the same thing over and expecting different results I'm there.  When the system finally works , it works great but I have to re-add my input and output devices each time I log in and usually have to do it multiple times.  Has anyone else had the same problem?

I just upgraded to a Gold Plan. I'm interested in contacting customer service regarding an issue about sound inputs/outputs not working.  It says Gold and Platinum subscribers can submit a ticket for help at https://jamkazam.freshdesk.com/support/home but you need a login for it. How do you get a login for this web forum freshdesk site? I didn't see an obvious "register" or "sign up" icon on the website.

I tried my login for JamKazam and the JamKazam forum, but neither worked.

Hi Folks und warm hugs from good ole Southwestern Germany...
Me and my 3 friends are not able to build a reasonable Jam session because the base player has
"cable TV - internet" and no other native ADSL options.
His latency is above 60-70ms because of the specific problem "queuing delay und Media Acquisition Delay".
Has anyone experiences in using a 5G internet connection with a special 5G Router for working with jamkazam ?
I heard, that the ping is less than 5ms. Is it stable ? and does it work proper?
It would be an investement of hundreds of EUROs and so it would be nice to know before signing a
2 year contract :-) Thanks for your help !

  Inconsistency in latency reports

On the session panel, my "Session Diagnostics & Stats" popup has consistently shown 6ms latency. However, the newer report, available from pressing Alt-$ft-R (Windows) showed 20 ms. Why the difference? Which should I believe?

Hi Guys,

My Friend and I are new to Jamkazam. I am a Goldy he is Gold trial. Most things are working okish. But we have been importing backing tracks and they sound like they are under water at the other end. Any tips?

We are also both paid up for Unltimate Guitar and have been trying to send their backing tracks through the system but the other end can't hear it.

I have run it through a mixer, just focusrite, via phone, tablet, pc. All with not success. Any tips?

Hello,
I run into the following problem,

Jamkazam does not recognize my Behringer 202HD.
Use macOS Catarina, use the latest version of Jamkazam.
The behringer is visible within the mac itself.
But not visible in the Jamkazam

Now I see that the Behringer um2 works when a Thunderbolt / USB dongle is used.

Could this work for the Behringer 202HD too?

Has anyone tried this out by chance or does anyone know of any other solution to this problem?


Question How to set different audio profiles for same audio hardware?

I am using a X32 desk as my audio input device. Depending on the type of JKS session I would want to set different profiles for this hardware reflecting the audio inputs (live tracks) beeing used at the time.

But when I try to set up another profile for a device that already has one, the existing profile is simply being overwritten and replaced.

Does soebody know a workaround?
Any ideas much apreciated Smile
