Inconsistency in latency reports |

On the session panel, my "Session Diagnostics & Stats" popup has consistently shown 6ms latency. However, the newer report, available from pressing Alt-$ft-R (Windows) showed 20 ms. Why the difference? Which should I believe?

Hi Guys,
My Friend and I are new to Jamkazam. I am a Goldy he is Gold trial. Most things are working okish. But we have been importing backing tracks and they sound like they are under water at the other end. Any tips?
We are also both paid up for Unltimate Guitar and have been trying to send their backing tracks through the system but the other end can't hear it.
I have run it through a mixer, just focusrite, via phone, tablet, pc. All with not success. Any tips?

Jamkazam does nog reconize my Behringer 202HD. |

Hello,
I run into the following problem,
Jamkazam does not recognize my Behringer 202HD.
Use macOS Catarina, use the latest version of Jamkazam.
The behringer is visible within the mac itself.
But not visible in the Jamkazam
Now I see that the Behringer um2 works when a Thunderbolt / USB dongle is used.
Could this work for the Behringer 202HD too?
Has anyone tried this out by chance or does anyone know of any other solution to this problem?

Ran out of time on silver plan due to leaving session running |

Couple problems: First and foremost, I can't open a support ticket for something like a refund or other plan related issue? "The functionality on this page is disabled because you must either be in trial, or have a Platinum or Gold plan to use support.You can change your plan here.""
I am unable to host a session on a silver plan. The JK client says, "Out of time for the month. There is no more session time left for this month. You can upgrade your plan."
Yet the website says, "monthly play time remaining: You have 19 hours, 46 minutes, 59 seconds time remaining this month."

Power Mixer and Audio Booster, anyone know the options? |

Can someone explain all the various options of the Power Mixer and Audio Booster windows? There is lots of stuff that seems really useful, but not much in terms of explanations. Is there a manual for this anywhere?
I only just realised that there is a recording window here, which is much better than the one in the main session window. Can this be used for recording both ends? Or will this only record me?
I know I could try it, but rehearsal times are always limited, we don't want to spend it with figuring out what these things do...
Thanks!

15 ms latency problem |

Hi,
I have a latency problem, maybe you could help?
Here's below some specs and the JamKazam report.
Windows 7(64 bits)
Proc.: Intel® Core i5 CPU 760 @ 2.80GHz
RAM : 4,00 Go
Uplink bandwitch : 10Mbps (JK required 1Mbps)
JamKazam Audio Configuration Review Report :
1.Poor Audio Latency: Audio input/output latency is 15 ms. Tuning or changing your audio device could reduce latency less than 5 ms.
2.Excellent Audio Frame size: Your audio frame size is 2.5 ms.
3.Excellent Audio Driver: ASIO.
4.Excellent Input Sample Rate: Your audio input-output sample rate is 48000 (or multiple).
5.Excellent: Wired Network(RG45 15ft Ethernet cable).
6.Excellent Packet Rate: Your default packet rate is 400 pkt/s.
External Sound Card : Tascam US-600;
Session Audio Inputs(Live Tracks) : US-600 - ASIO;
Session Audio Outputs(Requires 2 Ports) : US-600 analog L/R - ASIO(same as Inputs).
I am a drummer using an electonic drumkit, with 1 microphone(XLR - ch 3) via an 4 channels analog mixer :
Electronic drumkit module to analog mixer via 2-TRS(ch. 1-2, panned L/R);
Analog mixer to my external sound card via 2 others TRS;
External sound card to my computer via a 6ft USB 2.0 cable.
So what may cause the 15 ms latency? I read that ASIO bypass the internal sound card, so why my external sound card is the problem? Even if the ASIO driver in/from it is excellent(as JK report saying)?
Thank you.
