  Font Size VERY TINY
Posted by: csemrau - 03-28-2020, 05:21 PM - Forum: Help with Live Jamming Sessions - Replies (15)

I know older programs have issues with font size.
Is there any setting anywhere where jamkazam's font size could be increased?
Any hacks out there? I'd appreciate it. I am using a 2015 Surface Pro.

  Problems with latency and jitter
Posted by: EDODRISCOLL - 03-28-2020, 03:44 PM - Forum: Help with Live Jamming Sessions - Replies (14)

OK ... we're a band and currently trying to rehearse together remotely as we're all on COVID lockdown. I'm the vocalist and the last couple of days I've been trying to rehearse with guitarist. We're both using ADSL and both have fibre. We keep getting latency spikes and jitter ... ther's no consistency ... everything will be OK for 60 seconds and then they'll be a jump ... like a needle hopping on vinyl. I'm showing all green at home as is guitarist ... any ideas on what might be going on and how we can improve things please? Worried it's going to get even tougher when bass and drummer join in ...

Checking Out Current And Past Sessions
Posted by: Jamkazam - 03-28-2020, 04:02 AM - Forum: JamKazam Help Articles - No Replies

On the main sessions page, click the VIEW THE FEED button to see past and current sessions and public recordings.

Recordings can be listened to from this page.

There is a feature to listen in to public sessions, but this feature is currently disabled due to high demand.

You can create a private session using the QUICK START SOLO button.  Even during this session, you can invite others if you so choose.

You can create a simple public session using the QUICK START OPEN button.  Anyone can join--jam time!

Finally, with the START OR SCHEDULE button, you can see every setting available when starting a session, or even schedule a single or recurring session for the future.

You can find other sessions by clicking the FIND SESSIONS button on the session page.    Public sessions are listed here, as well as any private sessions created by your friends or that you have been invited to.
