device sample rates do not match and are in conflict |

Hello All,
I am interfacing with my Mackie ProFX8 Mixer and getting this message "device sample rates do not match and are in conflict". I tried all sample rate options with no success. The input and output settings on my laptop are set to USB Audio CODEC which was recommended in the Mackie Manual to allow all in and out signal to pass through the Mixer. I chose the same input and output options on JamKazam. I have two questions: 1.) Is the Mackie ProFx8 compatible with JamKazam and 2.) If yes, can you provide detailed instructions to interface the Mackie ProFx8 mixer correctly with JamKazam.
Also, can you recommend alternate external interface equipment possibilities that work best with JamKazam? I am eager to get connected.
Thank you

Audio issues but with good latency and decent jitter - UMC202HD |

I'm using the UMC202HD audio interface and have no issues setting up the gear and getting low latency (3-4 ms) and green I/O (sometimes yellow when deleting and re-adding gear), however when I go into a session, the device input and output jitter turns red and I have absolutely no audio out. I can't hear anything i've recorded in a private session and can't hear anything when in sessions with others (regardless of total latency).
I've also tried putting the interface through Reaper DAW ASIO driver based on another forum post and that was no help either. Unfortunately with the UMC202HD ASIO driver, I'm unable to change the buffer as JamKazam seems to lock the buffer setting at 8.
I thought it may be an issue with the interface audio out, but I can hear audio when just in a DAW or regular computer audio. I've spent about 12 hours trying to get all of this setup and not sure where to go next after reviewing pretty much every forum post out there about UMC202HD.
Signed,
Frustrated

Hi I’m new with JK and the X1622USB Beringher mixer connected to USB Port . Using win 7 I ‘m unable to be eared by other players but cannot ear them. I set up all as it should be and when I’m inviting my friends to play they cannot ear me I can just ear them. Does somebody has experience with a similar mixer or could guide me.
On audio gear I’m using USB_mic and USB_speakers, the audio4all do not pass test if I try to use it. Thanks a lot for your help. Bruno

High Pitch Screeching with PreSonus Studio 26 (Win10) |

My brother is running current ver of JK, windows & universal control. Can connect and hear audio but get terrible high pitch, choppy screeching, and cutting in/out of of vocal and guitar. Have read on here its potentially a buffer size issue. He tried changing buffer size larger on Presonus Universal Control app but JK changes back to 16. Can't find a way to change buffer size in JK which is odd because audio software (DAWs) normally allows you to do that. Any help on this would be great. So close to getting this going.
Thanks

Unable to select any Audio Device |

Hi,
Tried to install the application on my mac running macOS Catalina 10.15.4 but couldn't get it to work.
I cannot choose any audio device. I've tried to use my Roland Rubix24 and the default Mac microphone/speakers and always got the same error when I launch the app:
"Unable to open output device"
https://imgur.com/XUkaYvx
When try to set up audio gear I keep getting the following error, no matter which audio device or sample rate I select:
https://imgur.com/fM1voWc
I've checked the default sample rate on mac audio utils and it is set to 41000.
Something that got my attention was that the JamKazam app never requested access to my microphone... Event when I go to the System Preferences > Security & Privacy, the app doesn't show up in the microphone section (actually it doesn't show up anywhere).
Any ideas?
Thanks!

Unable to jam with more than two participants |

for the last two weeks or so I am experiencing a problem when more than 2 jammers are joining the session. within minutes of joining a loud pop noise (like unplugging a hot mic) hits the session and at least one of the musicians drops out of the session with no audio no more.
to rejoin, i have to leave the session and rejoin. usually after minutes it happens again and again.
we are all using macs and proper audio interfaces and are wired through ethernet.
Latency is perfect. it works for hours for just two musicians but not for more.
Any other users experiencing this same issue?
Help is appreciated.
