I'm on a MacBook Pro with Big Sur 11.4
While jamming I can see myself and one of my bandmates, but I'm not receiving any video from the other two.
They can all see me though, and each other too.
AFAIK, the two friends who's video I'm not seeing are on PC – Don't know if that has any significance. 
Video is enabled in Privacy Settings. 
Any tips?

But I have both.

Setting up JK... just working through the app, iMac is wireless.

Dell is plugged into router.

iMac wireless is much better.

New Dell only sounds good at Frame Size = 10, but the warning in the UI is all red.

When I try to go to 5 or 2.5, it sounds like garbage.

I have followed every instruction out there.

My audio interface is M-Track M-Audio.

This dell does not come with a network jack, so I had to buy an adapter for USB to network cable. That is the only variable I can see.

Can anyone assist?

Hey, every time I log in there is basically no one on or only 1 or 2 sessions is JamKazam dying? Have people moved onto another platform?

I am looking for other people to jam with playing mostly rock, blues, alternative, etc. I am not into Elton John or bubble gum music.

I am just starting here.  Someone who was looking for a backup singer told me to get Jam Kazam and a Scarlett 1.  Well,  I got one.  I'm not sure what to do with it.  I am an amateur, just church choir and singing to my kids until they started playing their own instruments, singing, writing, and they have had their own bands and played for special school events. I am on my own now, Im 44 and just want to do what makes me happy.  So I can use all the help I can get.

for some time now, every time I go into "Find Sessions" and "Upcoming", I get a ... Searching ... which never resolves. Open jams shows anything happening ok but Upcoming seems to have stopped working for me.
I've tried reloading the Jamkazam App - I'm on Windows 10 - but it hasn't helped. Jamkazam version is Build 2.00 - "1.0.4048".
Can anyone shed any light on what could be wrong, please?

I've recently enjoyed a couple of brief sessions and would love to meet up with the people involved again.

I had assumed that when I went into the 'musicians' box, I could search by name...but no!

So either I'm missing something, or the way to find people is to hope they're online , go to their profile and follow/connect to 'friend' them so I can then message them to organise a session.
Seems like this should be easier.

So, I uploaded a .wav backing track file to play along with.  Problem is, it's off about 1/2 pitch!  When I play the same file on my PC, it's bang on pitch.  When I play on my guitar through JK, the pitch is bang on.  It's only when I play the file through JK that it's off.  Anyone else have this happen, or can think of other things to try or why it might be happening?

Hope you can help me with the issue below:

- I purchased 3 jam track licenses so I could use them to practice.
- I downloaded the individual tracks on my PC and opened them on my DAW (Pro Tools)
- I noted that the tempo of the downloaded files does not match with the tempo of the DAW session. Even the clip track I downloaded, it starts on the grit but soon it comes out of tempo as the song moves forward. 
- I read the problem could be related to the sample rate of the files. I checked it and made sure I use a  Pro Tool session with the same sample rate as the fle (48 kHz), yet still the misalignment of the beat.

Has any one of you had similar issues and came up with a solution?
What is the point of having a click track among the jamtrack packet if the click won't be fixed at any specific tempo?
