Low priority - this is a UI readability request
The readability of the apps color contrasts needs improvement.
White/gray letters against a red/orange background or white/gray letters against a green/gray background don't contrast well. Also a primary red background is visually bold if not overwhelming. It's difficult to read much less to look at for anything but short durations.
There are plenty of color contrast analyzers. I approximated the app's color scheme using http://snook.ca/technical/colour_contrast/colour.html#fg=33FF33,bg=333333, against the WCAG 2 standards and it didn't score very well. In normal language, it scored as having poor readability.
That's it. I still use the app, it's truly great, and I love that I can take lessons and play with my instructor w/o latency issues!
