Is anybody using a Focusrite Scarlett 2i2?
I don't see what's wrong but I can't hear audio from people in a session, even if I see I receive it and they can perfectly hear me.
Any suggestions?

When will JamKazam be compatable with 64 bit plugins?

My buddy set up two audio tracks, but only one shows up on my screen, but it has both his channels combined. Same for my two tracks on his screen. Any ideas how to see all individual tracks on both screens? Thanks.

I have been trying for four days to register and open an account. I put in all the info on the register page. Then i click the box "I am not a robot". Then a pic divided in squares opens and I click on all the squares that they indicate, like"all buses" or whatever. Then click the button "verify". It then freezes indefinitely. I have even left it for hours waiting for something to happen, but it just freezes.. I have done this for 4 days , multiple times a day with no results. I still have NO account.

Has anyone experienced this? How did you overcome it?

I have a nice Bose T4S mixer that I plug into a USB port. JamKazam does not recognize the device but other applications can see the device. How can I get this mixer to work with JamKazam?

I have a Behringer X1222 USB mixer attached to a Windows 10 Pro, i7 laptop with SSD and 12GB of memory connected to my cable Internet provider with an Ethernet cable at 150mb down and 25mb up.  The board went from working to not working well or at all.  It worked through the ASIO4ALL drivers until this past Thursday, 4/2/2020 then all of a sudden the voice on one board channel was either crackling or the bass guitar that I play was clipping on the second board channel.  I tried numerous times to add, change or update the ASIO4ALL settings and/or use the local board CODECS without success.  Last night I uninstalled JK, ASIO4ALL rebooted and reinstalled both.  I changed ASIO4ALL setttings as suggested in different videos and finally got everything to work - except the bass can't be heard in a recording or in a session.  Nothing on the board or in the software is muted.  I can hear the bass locally through the board so it's not a board issue.  There's no output to JK on any channel that I try on the board.  The laptop will work with built-in mic and speaker with ASIO4ALL and JK but that does me no good.  Anyone have a similar experience with this or another board?

Hi, I am using a focusrite 2i2 3rd gen interface on macos 10.15. And the latency is high (20ms). 

Is there a way to set the buffer size on the mac? I don’t see the option. On my windows machine, I see the ASIO settings button where I can change the sample rate and buffer size, but it is not shown in jamkazam on the mac.  I can change the sample rate in focusrite control app, but not the buffer size

Every time I open the app, this window pops up. "SmartCamFinder.plugin will damage your computer."

My Mac is up to date, and it's a minor inconvenience and it will nice to be resolved later or sooner.
