I cannot hear my bandmates properly
#1
Hi, my Band tried to start a new Session today,
but I couldn't hear them properly. Only when I crank up the Headphones to max, I heard a little.
They could hear me perfectly.
About a year ago when we did it the last time there was No such problem.

I am using a Behringer UMC 1820.
Driver is installed and configured.
DIM is deactivated.

Any ideas anyone?

Thanks a lot.

Hi Dan, did you try to 'Reset Audio Volumes' from the menu? - or in the 'Pro-Audio Mixer'? ('Levels Reset')

Hi Dimitri,
No. What I did was to delete all my Audio tracks and started fromm scratch.
Could you maybe post a Screenshot?

Just do literally what I suggested in my answer.

If that does not help. Remove your sound card/audio interface config and add it again and re-config your tracks (Audio Inputs)
There is no use - almost never! - in removing and re-installing JamKazam.

Hi Dimitri, I solved the problem...although the real problem was in front of the PC or the interface respectivley. Tongue
The monitoring on my interface was messed up and I didn't notice.

It works now, but thanks anyway!!
