Paul,  this is curios. It reminds me of another recent post reporting a similar issue, initially. In that case, they were reporting a persistent 'reload' message. I will admit, the other post got pretty involved.. but could you review it and reply if it became helpful? we never got a screenshots for what this load message is either. I wonder if the 'reload' is the same as your 'reattempt to load' message.
