App Won't Launch - paulsloan@me.com - 09-07-2020
Hi
I've used JamKazam several times with success - until today.
When I launch the app it says "reattempting to load www.jamkazam.com..." but nothing happens.
I'm using a Macbook Pro with running 10.15.6.
I tried deleting the app and reinstalling but no luck.
I've also rebooted the computer a couple of times.

Paul, this is curios. It reminds me of another recent post reporting a similar issue, initially. In that case, they were reporting a persistent 'reload' message. I will admit, the other post got pretty involved.. but could you review it and reply if it became helpful? we never got a screenshots for what this load message is either. I wonder if the 'reload' is the same as your 'reattempt to load' message.
