Thanks for the response. I've done that previously, clicking on each frame size, and anything other than 10ms gets worse. It's almost like something behind the scenes is interfering. I do have a prolonging buzz as well. I've changed every possible setting throughout too. There's got to be something. I've disabled a number of programs from running automatically too. 

Ok, let's take a look at the ability of your PC to handle real time audio streams once they get processed by your audio interface. Download and install a copy of LatencyMon. Let it run for at least 5 minutes and let's see what it shows us. Report its conclusions back here and we'll go from there.
