Focusrite Scarlett 4i4 is recognized by the Jamkazam software in Windows 10, but not working: during the Jamkazam audio device test, pc crashes to a blue-screen-of-death (usually "bad pool caller" or "page fault in non paged area").
Tried with native Focusrite driver and with ASIO4ALL driver

I'm using the latest versions of audio drivers and Jamkazam software.

I use a Line 6 POD xt with native ASIO driver.
I get an audio interface delay of 17-18 ms by reducing the buffers to minimum in ASIO control panel :
- in ASIO settings : Default Buffer Size to 128
- in USB Audio Streaming : Buffer Size to Extra Small
Not perfect but playable.
EDIT : OS used is Windows 10 pro 64

Just confirming that the Apogee ONE (2009) surprised me by working well (Mac-only):

Interface: Apogee ONE (original 2009 version) Mac-only (USB1.1)
    https://apogeedigital.com/shop/one-for-mac-refurbished
    https://www.soundonsound.com/reviews/apogee-one
OS: Mac OS 10.15.4 (Catalina) on a 2018 iMac (4.2 GHz Quad-Core Intel Core i7)
JamKazam: Build 1.20 - "1.0.3657”
Works fine, despite being USB 1.1 - I’ve entered sessions and jammed successfully with up to 4 others

Typical Session Stats:

Computer
Processor 4%

Interface
Latency      10.3 ms
Input jitter    0.32 ms
Output jitter  0.41 ms
Gear driver   Core Audio
Frame size   2.5 ms

(04-05-2020, 03:27 AM)Hi there,I am the Roland rep in Southern California and loaned a Roland quadcapture to a friend on here and he reports that it is working well.I have a focusrite clarett 4preusb and I am getting a latency of 10 milliseconds no matter what I do, it appears to be related to my interface. im on a mac, I get 200 down and 10 up...any ideas on how to minimize?thanks,jgkkriner@gmail.com Wrote: Hi, all! I've gone through all the forum posts so far and compiled a list of audio interfaces for our use.

They're split into 4 categories:

  1. Audio Interfaces Confirmed Working With JamKazam
  2. Audio Interfaces Confirmed Working With JamKazam, But Not Working Well
  3. Audio Interfaces Confirmed NOT Working With JamKazam
  4. Audio Interfaces Mentioned, But Not Yet Determined If Working With JamKazam
If you're using another interface, or if you're using one on this list that falls in a different category (such as Mentioned..., and you have it Working...), let me know, and I'll update. I'm not sure if others can update this post or not, but feel free to message me or post a reply here, and I'll update it. I've included links to product pages where enough information has been provided in the post, and a product page still exists. I've also noted if the audio interface has been discontinued.

JamKazam admin, LMK if there's a better way to do this, or a better place to put it.

Thanks, all, for providing info on your experiences with these audio interfaces, and may your latency while jamming ever be low!  ;-)

I can tell you the Behringer U-Phoria UM2 is NOT a good option as Behringer does NOT supply their own driver and instead directs to to ASIO4ALL. I have NOT been able to get this to work on a Windows 10 laptop with JamKazam usign ASIO4ALL and I have tried a bunch of settings and gotten advice from experience sound engineers.

I am able to use this interface using the WMD driver in JamKazam, but it has a 20ms internal latency and I have not gotten it under that during any session.

One does need some insight in the internal (USB-)routing of the mixer.
If setup correctly it is '16 channels of full control' over what you're sending down Jamkazam.
On OSX, local gear latency is at 8.3ms. I/O jitter at 0.4#

I also have the XR18 working.  Just beginning to explore all the possibilities.

Thanks for posting all of this information.  Very helpful.

I have my Allen & Heath Qu-SB digital mixer working well with JamKazam.  My guess is the family of Allen & Heath Qu mixers (Qu-Pac, Qu-16, Qu-24, Qu-32) would all work as the share the same architecture/engine.  I use a Qu-SB for my 4 person vocal jazz band and worked to make it work so I didn't buy another interface

I chose to send the Qu-SB mains to JamKazam thru the USB cable (USB B) channels 17+18.  This is my JamKazam input.  This allows everything on the Qu-SB to go JamKazam.  I then used channels 21+22 which I assigned to USB B (I chose these channels) out of JamKazam back to the Qu-SB mixer via USB B and put these two channels into the headphones

I have a bit of delay (yellow) but I suspect this is because I also run Pianoteq 6 on my Mac for piano sounds.  So the path for piano is out of keyboard, into Mac (Pianoteq), out of Mac Pianoteq software into Qu-SB (I used USB B channels 19+20), then back to Mac on main channels 17+18 with everything else.  It works pretty well, but it is a long path and hence a bit of latency.

I have a Macbook Pro laptop (2015 version) running Catalina 10.15.3, Pianoteq 6 and JamKazam

I also have a vocal mic and my iPad (for tracks) hooked up to the Qu-SB
