One such example is the MOTU M-series. Without their driver you can expect about 8 msecs of latency with the default Core Audio driver but using their own MAC driver you can expect ~3.x msecs of latency.
What is a 'better' audio interface to acquire for hook up to I-Mac?
Presently own Focusrite Scarlett 2i2 (2nd gen).
Also, are there any other 'links' that should/could/would improve the overall connectivity?
Again, using I-Mac 27".
Appreciate any/all input.
hi, I’ve installed the Moto driver on my Mac but apart from authorizing it in the System Preferences I didn’t see anything else. In JK when I hover over my door in the personal mix it says it is using Core Audio. Would this already be modified by the driver or do I need to change any other settings? Thx
