Improvements in the queing process could be very helpful - 30 - 40 ms latency is not a huge problem if it's the same for everyone! You get much more delay than that playing onstage in a large hall or small arena. Who here has ever played in a marching band?

Never played in a marching band but you make an interesting point there.

I'd suspect we'd have to pay for the upgrade in service and perhaps the current p2p solution will remain in place as a free option although all members in a given session would have to be at the same service level.
