My band members and I have tried repeatedly to be listed as friends on JamKazam. I finally received an email invite from one member (previous attempts never appeared in my email), but the only option in the email is to create a new account. I already have an account and I have my equipment working, so I don't want to create a new account.

Has anyone run into this issue? Any suggestions?
