Invites not working - kdbarrett - 03-29-2020 My band members and I have tried repeatedly to be listed as friends on JamKazam. I finally received an email invite from one member (previous attempts never appeared in my email), but the only option in the email is to create a new account. I already have an account and I have my equipment working, so I don't want to create a new account. Has anyone run into this issue? Any suggestions? In order to invite someone who already has a JamKazam account, you have to search for their name using the search box on the right above where it says "Invite Friends". Then you can pick them from a list and invite. That worked for us. RE: Invites not working - kenbho - 04-03-2020 I am having the same problem as well as another friend on Jamkazam. We are trying to invite each other but since we both have accounts already it is asking us to create an account again. We are not able to find each other in the search box.
