Is the user support down? When I click the link to the "JamKazam Support Center" from the app, I get this message
"Sorry, we couldn't find that page. Maybe it was moved, deleted, or you accidentally mistyped the URL."

this is not helping me use the app.
Why are you guys needing user support? My problem is that I opened an account, installed the app, and am at the required next step of testing my network connection. Usually, their server is down, but sometimes it connects to the server but then times out and the test fails. I have read from another thread that their severs are overloaded and they are rebooting them once an hour, which is why I sometimes get a connection. The timeout, I assume is also related to the traffic, but I don't know for sure. That is why I want to contact user support.
Anyone else in the same boat?
