Also found speed low versus what I'm paying for. He did all kinds of diagnosis and issue is with fiber internet provider equipment. They will be here on Sunday with new equipment and to do line testing. What an adventure.... whew.. and yes, I keep forgetting.. if it can go wrong, it will at my house...
