Audio Booster options grayed out

Is there any reason why my options in the Audio Booster for the Maximum Outgoing Music Bitrate are grayed out, unable to be changed?

I can check/uncheck all other things and the sliders on the screen.

The bitrate and frame size controls are enabled only when you are in a Session.
