Can't See Other's Video

Everything audio is working fine.  When I bring up the video window I can see myself and not others.  Same is for everyone else in the session, they just see themselves.  We are all using Win 10 PC.

I was wondering the same thing... Also, how fast of signal does everyone need to have in order for this to work with little latency? All of the live video posted are from 4-6 years ago. One would think if this works really well it would be more widely known and lot's of help/performance videos posted.
