Jam Track not saving custom mix

Recording function is not working and JK are not offering a solution yet (they say they are working on it) other than using Pro Audio Mixer.  
Jamtracks are also not working and the response from JK just infers that I'm not using the facility properly.
I suspect their servers are struggling to keep up

How awful that this problem hasn't been solved in SIX YEARS!!!  I have the same problem.  And jamkazam still has a web page telling us how great this functionality is.

No point in buying jam tracks if they don't work as advertised.
