I've Been going back and forth with support today. They prefer I not post a link to their pre-release fix for this issue. I can appreciate their ask and understand the reasons why. That said, they did say, please contact them by opening a help ticket. https://www.jamkazam.com/help_desk. They will probably point you to the link!
Hopefully no one is in disagreement with this change because it’s a valuable post with good information.

- In their own words, “It probably goes without saying that we are WAY looking forward to a new release. This particular issue has by far been our biggest support issue since Big Sur came out”
- ETA on posting official fix? ‘about a month’ was expressed but personally, I won’t hold them to it because I’m satisfied they are aware and have a pre-release version, for the asking.
