First of all: are you using a microphone? plugged into your UR22C?
If so, is your instrument plugged into the UR22C as well?
So, are you using both inputs on your audio interface?
Did you follow the rest of installation/setup manual - after you sorted your driver issue?
Greatly appreciate your input.
I ran into more problems, with Jamkazam not sensing the UR22C in the audio profiles window. I usually have to restart the computer once or twice, and then it will recognize the UR22C. I've attached photos of my screen from the Audio Profiles page, and the Alert I'm getting.
Once that would be sorted out, I still was hearing a buzzing instead of my voice when trying to speak in a session.
For my headset, I'm using a pair of Sony 3.5mm headphones (no mic for speaking), and it's going into a 3.5mm to 1/4" adapter, then into the 1/4" headphone jack on the front of the UR22C.
I was also concerned I may have something wrong in the INputs/Outputs and Voicechat sections of the audio settings.
For Voicechat, for the Voicechat input optionsI tried both the UR22C right option (the bass guitar goes in the left port), and the Built-in microphone right option. Neither worked, and it's not clear to me from the instructions what the right option is for me. I'm thinking if I can't use my iphone headset (with mic) through the 1/4" mic input on the UR22C, then I'll need to use the keyboard mic for voice chat, so that's why I switched from the UR22C option to the Built in.
If you have any suggestions, I'd be grateful.
