When i start a private session, i can hear me playing my bass in my ear phone.
My ear phone are plug in the green jack of my computer.
Gonna test tonigh a session with my friend for the first time
Will see if it work

I would imagine the Rocksmith (Real Tone Cable) 'is the audio interface'.
Connecting the instrument (bass?) direct into a USB-port on the computer.
Exactly this setup
Not sure if this has been reported a success by other users(?)
Have you checked the 'List of Audio Interfaces'?
Will see tonight i am goint to test it with friends
Having initial sound in JKz with the Rocksmith is promising. Getting 'audio artifacts' can be a result of too challenging settings for your equipment. Did you try altering any settings in JKz?
In private session this is working fine with no delay noticeable earing me playing bass in my head phone
But as i said i get to resync ofterntly and also i do not change any setting in jamkasam
