Are you saying you have a rocksmith cable plugged into an audio interface and trying to play on Jamkazam?

I would imagine the Rocksmith (Real Tone Cable) 'is the audio interface'.
Connecting the instrument (bass?) direct into a USB-port on the computer.

Not sure if this has been reported a success by other users(?)
Have you checked the 'List of Audio Interfaces'?

Having initial sound in JKz with the Rocksmith is promising. Getting 'audio artifacts' can be a result of too challenging settings for your equipment. Did you try altering any settings in JKz?

I have my rocksmith cable plug into a usb port on the computer
and Jamkasam sees it  and  i can configure it.

When i start a private session, i can hear me playing my bass in my ear phone.
My ear phone are plug in the green jack of my computer.

Gonna test tonigh a session with my friend for the first time
Will see if it work
