Subscription question - going from Silver to Gold

Hi , 
 I'm currently on silver and paying yearly . i want to change to gold yearly but its telling me its going to take $99.00 from my account 

I already paid $50 for the silver . i just want to pay another $50 to upgrade to gold , yearly 

how can i do that ?
