Video Gear not detected

Hi .... when I go to the Video Gear profile it says that it does not detect a built in web cam but I know my laptop has one.... is there something I need to do.... it works for Zoom, Skype, etc.... not sure why not with Jamkazam. Thanks

Must be on a MAC.
It's a known issue.

We were hoping for the update on 2020-04-07, but it didn't happen. They must have run into another problem. Soon, though, we hope.
