Frame rate setting in Gold plan?

Is it no longer possible to change the Frame rate setting in the Gold plan?

That setting is inactive for me.

I fear that this is now reserved for Platinum, is that true? If it is, I think this is a pretty bad decision, as it affects the basic functionality. Low latency is basic functionality for JK, otherwise, what's the point...

Are you checking this while in a session or in the audio gear setup in JK?
