I think there is only one clumsy option - at least in the first place:
Ctrl and (+) or (-).
That is for Windows - for Mac it must be "Command" and so
That is by some called font resize but it is more a kind of zoom
There are some other posts about it, elsewhere in forum.
Also about some change in screen settings.
Maybe they are helpfull
