I can’t hear My recording . All volume levels are up. It shows that it’s playing back

When I play back my test recoding, there is no sound. All volume controls are up.

Lot's of variables here. Could be your input setup. In Windows $ft+Ctl+M brings up the power mixer. You can see how hot is your input. Power mixer has a wealth of info and control.
You can download any recording in multiple formats (ogg) that is saved when you are out of the session. This UTube vid explains.

There are multiple places to see inputs and outputs. UTube has videos many of them.

Once you have the file you can play with it in a audio file utility such as Audacity, which is free. You can increase the gain, add effects, edit, etc. Everyone should have Audacity if you play with audio.
