Looking for poweruser to help Newbies get connected
#1
Greetings,

My wife and her 91 year old amazing voice coach are trying to get JamKazam set up so that they can work together remotely. He is very active in the San Francisco music community and directs choirs and has lots of students. Since covid-19 he hasn't been able to direct his choirs or do private lessons with students. JamKazam seems like it could be pretty amazing to setup so people can work with him remotely.
Are there any powerusers on this list who could do a small paid gig to help us get set up?
We've been getting close but haven't been able to get audio and video working on both sides.

My wife has a 3 year old 13" MacBook Pro with an Apogee HypeMic and her teacher has an older MacBook.

Thank you in advance!

Now you have problems with both audio and video, it may not be an good idea to go in session.

In session there is then only the chat to communicate with.

Best would be to start with explaining your/theirs specific problems.

Here or elsewhere in this forum.

About requirements you can find info here. Look, search, ask ...

"3 year old 13" MacBook Pro ... " and an "older MacBook" should be enough
