You need to install the Focusrite USB beta drivers. This should work across all models. Here is the official download link:

They will overwrite the existing drivers automatically for you. I had this exact problem with the Focusrite Solo 3rd Gen and it fixed it. I'm now using the Clarett 2Pre USB with those drivers as well and haven't had any issues.
