I'm not sure what you're asking here. What "error message" are you referring to? 

The simplest method to receive audio is to enable UPnP on your router and let JK assign the network ports. If your router is unable to handle UPnP, you'll need to manually configure port forwarding rules on the router and tell JK which ports you've assigned on the router.
