PreSonus iTwo settings?

Does anyone have experience with the PreSonus Audiobox iTwo?  For set up, I seem to have the choice of using the Presonus driver, or ASIO.  With ASIO, I get much better latency numbers, but experience static in my headphones.  In a session, I am the only one that hears the static.  This is for a voice mic that doubles as an acoustic instrument mic.  If I switch back to the PreSonus (WDM) driver, I can lose the static in my headphones, but latency suffers.  Any advice would be appreciated.

Sample rate?

for latency purposes, lower sample rate is better. I've settled on 48kHz (DVD-A standard). Your audio stream will be compressed in JK so high sample rates are of no value.

I will try that again; I was going with "match input" rather than specifying a sample rate. Thanks!
