Add Recorder or ability to create a custom instrument

I would like to be able to specify a Recorder (the fipple flute, not the vinyl disk) as my instrument in my profile.  This is not the same as a traverse flute, which seems to be the closest alternative.

It might be better to allow users to create custom instruments, so the few of us who play things like crumhorn, sagbutt, rackett or kortholt can proceed without having to ask for changes to JamKazam.

Great idea. The list provided now is very small, and there are so many types of instruments.
