In session JamKazam shows No Audio with Behringer and FocusRite
#1
I had a FocusRite 2i2 for months which was working.  I gave it to my son, who on a different computer is having all of the same problems explained below.

I purchased a FocusRite 18i8, downloaded the drivers and ran the setup.

At this point in a JamKazam session, I was getting "No Audio," and others couldn't hear me.  I could hear them.  I ran through all the videos, setup audio gear setup.

I was never able to get rid of the no audio message and no one could ever hear me.

I bought a Behringer converter and have had all of the same problems with jamKazam.

What could possibly be the problem???

I am at wit's end!

This is maybe a router issue.

Search for router settings, no audio, grayed out etc.
Or wait for more information about it ...

Start here, maybe:

Did you (manually if necessary) remove all previous (also ASIO) drivers before configuring a 'new' audio interface/sound card in JamKazam?
