Network test failed

I plugged the ethernet cable from my computer directly into the cable modem, but only for the purposes of jamming. It's not something that I recommend, but depending on what you have for a firewall, you may not be able to configure it to allow the UDP port mapping appropriately. It was the only solution I found for my particular firewall that worked. But also keep searching the forums and see if someone else has the same one that you do. There may be a solution posted out there for you.

Ok, I see. My ethernet cable is already directly computer to modem. I will look into the firewall config--Thanks much for you kindness, LisaJo
