I continously get the error message "your network changes port-numbers" and I have problems with sound

I have done as this:

1. Open the Control Panel.
   
   
2. Click Network and Internet.
   
   
3. Click Network and Sharing Center.
   
   
4. In the left pane, click the link for Change advanced sharing settings.
   
   
5. In the Network Discovery section, select the option for Turn on network discovery and click the Save changes button.
   is that the what you ment.??

I just give up this….its better to use time to practice music to improve what you can ... than spend time on computer issues
