In individual session, all sliders are up. Can't hear the metronome either. Master volume up as well as the mics and keyboard I am trying to use. What am I missing?

Hi Jeff, that really depends on your setup and mainly your usb-routing in your mixer.
The XR18 is not as straight forward as a 'simple' two channel audio interface to setup for online playing.

How many and on which channels are you sending usb? On which channels are you getting your usb return. Did you route your return to [?]/anything to be audible?. Are you using the headphones out socket on the XR18? Did you route the 'return' from JKZ to the headphones?
Did you actually configure your XR18 in JKZ? Are you on windows(ASIO?)/mac? Could you hear the testping while configuring?
And in general: one will only hear a signal from a correct configured *.scn when in a session. Otherwise the 'circle is not closed', so to speak.
