I'm afraid so.
After a very long period of hardly any issues, or at least no things I was not able to resolve, we now experience this as well. Including people not hearing each other in multiple combinations. I see other users having same issues, here on this forum and on the facebook group.
Not sure if I can narrow it down to the most recent update but something changed along the way, and not for the better, unfortunately.
