frame size is red

What can I do to fix my frame size, which is red?  I'm new to jamkazam and having issues getting set up.  Thanks for any help.

Most do well with either 2.5ms - 2ms - 1ms 
Just toggle to get best result.

Thank you for responding Dimitri.  Can you tell me more about how to adjust the the frame size?  I went to manage within a session, but then I didn't know what to do from there.  I really appreciate your help.  Joanna
