I would think you would have to somehow phisically split I/O from your headset cable since they have to occupy two different in-/out-puts on your interface. Unless your headset already has two plugs? After that there are several ways to convert from 3.5 to your interface input. They often are combi inputs, also accepting 6.3 jack.
