I take online lessons, and when I play an audio track I want my teacher to hear it through our JK session no different than my guitar and voice tracks. While he's on a Mac with an Apollo and I'm using Win 10 with a Focusrite Scarlett 2Pre USB, neither of us can make this work. Of course, the audio track plays through my studio speakers, but I want the audio track as a separate track in the JK session.
For now, I play the audio track through my studio speakers and my condensor mic has to pick it up as if it were a vocal track. Not as good as it could/should be.
Ideas?
p.s. I use Reaper for the ASIO driver instead of using JK directly. There was a post some time back on using Reaper for this need, and it works wonderfully. https://forum.jamkazam.com/showthread.ph...o+settings
