Hi Nogi57,
I have the similar Tascam US-800 interface, and even with the Tascam driver set to the lowest latency (Config/Latency, set to 192; the default is the HIGHEST latency setting of 576, which must be reset it each time I boot my Windows machine), I see about the same 15ms round-trip latency measure in JK from that interface. The bottom line: It's an older interface with high internal latency. You will likely have to consider an interface upgrade. Even some of the new inexpensive 2x2 USB interfaces yield lower latencies than the Tascam, and JamKazam does allow storing of multiple audio configurations in the application depending on which interface is plugged into your computer (although sometimes this causes problems). Everything else in the settings you have supplied looks right, and about the same as me.
Hope this helps,
Bruce
